How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I manage or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control. You can skip a delivery, swap flavors, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.
Are Soylent products vegan and nut-free?
All Soylent products are 100% vegan and plant-based. While our ingredients do not include nuts, our products are manufactured in facilities that may process other allergens.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with your first purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days for a resolution.
How should I store my Soylent?
Unopened Soylent drinks and powders are shelf-stable at room temperature. Once a drink is opened, it must be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours. Prepared powder should also be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours.
